Were looking for a new tenant for our house and phoned, amongst others, Stefan LoftieEaton Properties. The lady that answered didnt speak English very well, and I had to explain and spell the address 4 times before she got it. I told her all the conditions over the phone too, incl. the price, and she told me she would phone me soonest for an appointment. So, by Wednesday morning we had set an appointment with her and she was late. Secondly, it turned out that she had misunderstood the price but she didnt say anything further. She said she had someone who would be interested and had asked her to inspect the property first before she would come herself. So, we walked through the house and she was criticising it from top to bottom, but I guess thats her right or job.Next thing, I got a phonecall from another estate agent, asking why we gave a lower price to Stefan LoftieEaton Properties. I told that person that she had misunderstood and that the price the caller had was correct. Turns out that the estate agent from S. LoftieEaton had already placed adverts in the newspaper, without knowing how many rooms, or any of the extras she hadnt seen the house yet... incl. the wrong price. When I confronted her about it, she yelled that I had given her that price and that I had changed my mind.Point is, from the first phonecall she didnt bother to actually listen to me properly, ie didnt get the address, the minimum time contract etc etc. Its really embarrassing for all concerned. If you cant speak English, rather say so

Well my baby was 6 weeks old on Friday. So I decided to go to Klein Windhoek Pharmacy for the immunisation, they have a baby clinic and all the adverts on the radio, so I thought, cant go wrong there. Bring your family they say, but that line should be changed to Bring your rich family.I should have asked how much the 6 week immunisation cost, but I thought it wont be more than what the doctors charge.I was so wrongNext time Ill go to a normal state clinic and also get my babys immunisations free.I do not have a problem with paying for my childs health, I do have a problem with being ripped off.Why do some people have to pay so much for the same thing that other people get free This is very unfair.I just want to add that I had no problem with the service, the nurse was excellent with the baby and the other staff was really friendly. I do have a problem with what they charge for our childrens immunisation.

Perhaps your husbands CV did not meet the requirements of the clients that they had on their database at that specific time. I think it is only fair to say that every company deserves a second chance before you slate them forever. Jobs Unlimited have been serving Namibians for over 20 years, surely that should tell you something
